Fredericktown Police Department Council Report

Tunes Restaurant and Lounge reported an attempted burglary sometime over the weekend.
A three vehicle crash took place on Monday, April 9 about 8:25 a.m. on West Main at Park Drive. A 2003 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck driven by Christine J. Clark of Fredericktown had stopped in traffic to turn and was struck from the rear by a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by Charlotte J. Link of Fredericktown. The Link vehicle had been hit from the rear by a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Tara N. LaChance of Fredericktown. Injured, Charlotte Link sustained probable, but not apparent injuries.
A domestic disturbance/property damage occurred over the weekend on the parking lot of Bozlee’s between a man and woman and joint ownership of a motor vehicle.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Newberry Street on April 9 between a father and son.
Information will be forwarded to the Madison County Prosecuting Attorney for her consideration regarding a violation of an order of protection that took place at Community Counseling on Tuesday, April 10.
At 10:19 a.m. on April 12, on Missouri 72 a two vehicle crash took place. A 2006 Saturn driven by Brandy E. Menteer of Fredericktown was slowing in traffic and was struck from the rear by a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville driven by Sheila R. Adams of Fredericktown. No injuries were reported.
A two vehicle crash took place on U.S. Business 67 (South Main Street) about 8:25 p.m. on April 12. A 2002 Ford Escape driven by Derek E. Wulfert of Fredericktown was driving on U.S. Business 67 from a private drive and collided with a 1997 Mazda Protege’ being driven north by Brieanna G. Brewer of Fredericktown. No injuries were reported.
Officers responded to a Domestic Disturbance on West College on April 12 between father, mother, and daughters. The sister was charged with interfering with an officer and held for safekeeping.
On Saturday, April 14, 2007, officers responded to a motor vehicle crash on the parking lot of Walmart about 5:31 p.m. A 1990 Ford F150 pickup truck was being parked by Jamie E. Henson of Fredericktown and struck a parked 2006 Jeep Commander owned by Dana R. Barton of Farmington, Missouri. No injuries were reported.
Two subjects were charged with assault on April 14 after they engaged in a physical altercation at home on Locust Street about 3:52 p.m.
A 24 year old man was charged with possession of marijuana on April 15.
A domestic violence/disturbance took place on April 15 on Park Drive among several individuals. This incident is still under investigation with possible charges being referred to the prosecuting attorney.
Two outstanding arrest warrants were served on a 32 year old man April 15. The warrants were from probation/parole and Wayne County.
