FBLA members attend conference
Members of the Fredericktown Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Chapter recently attended the 2007 Missouri FBLA Leadership Conference held on April 15, 16, and 17 in Columbia, Missouri. Delegates representing Fredericktown FBLA in the state competitive leadership awards program were: Carli Francis, Shelby Seabaugh, Tara Wayman, Connor Wangler and Stacie Burke. Connor Wangler received 7th place in Introduction to Business.
Members of the Fredericktown Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Chapter recently attended the 2007 Missouri FBLA Leadership Conference held on April 15, 16, and 17 in Columbia, Missouri.

FBLA is a career and technical student organization for all high school students participating in business programs. Over 2,600 members and advisors representing 403 chapters throughout the state met to elect state officers, transact business of the state chapter, participate in leadership and career workshops, and compete in the state leadership awards program.

Delegates representing Fredericktown FBLA in the state competitive leadership awards program were: Carli Francis, Shelby Seabaugh, Tara Wayman, Connor Wangler and Stacie Burke. Connor Wangler received 7th place in Introduction to Business. The Fredericktown FBLA Chapter received recognition for their Reach Out and Care and Environmental Awareness projects. Brenda Jenkins is the local chapter advisor and accompanied the students to the conference.
