The Perry County School District No. 32, Board of Education, met in closed session on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 and hired Kevin Dunn, current Assistant Superintendent, to lead Perry County District No. 32 as Superintendent of Schools.
Dunn's hiring follows an intense search for the replacement of Beverly Schonhoff, who resigned her position with one year remaining on her contract, to accept the Superintendent position at Hillsboro R-3 Schools in Hillsboro, MO. Five years of classroom experience at West County R-IV, Leadwood, MO; One year classroom, three years as High School Assistant Principal, seven years as Middle School Principal and four years as High School Principal at Fredericktown R-1; Five years as Assistant Superintendent at Perry County District No. 32, Perryville, MO.
