HOPS (Happy Old People)
Organized in Patton on June 24, 1971, HOPS continues to be an active organization. Membership is open to anyone regardless of age or degree of happiness. It is a fact that members mellow a bit after joining and all appear to become happier.

The regular meeting is on the second Tuesday of each month and offers members the opportunity to meet with old friends and to make new ones. The group meets in the Saddle Club building on Highway 51, North of Patton.

Plan to arrive  between 10 and 11 in the morning for visiting. Bring a covered dish to share with others at our pot luck luncheon. After lunch, there will be a short business meeting .

Activities vary each month. At the June 12th meeting, we will focus on Flag Day (June 14, 2007), Mother’s Day (in May) and Father’s Day   (June 17, 2007). We play bingo after adjournment.

Bring an inexpensive gift in a gift bag (no names) and everyone will go home with a prize.

Join  us for a day of fun, food , friendship and fellowship. No reservations are needed.
