The Southeast Missouri Regional Planning Commission, in cooperation with Mr. Gil Degenhardt, continues to offer free counseling sessions for area small businesses and individuals considering business ventures.  The next session will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2007, in the Commission’s offices located in Perryville at 1 West St. Joseph Street.  Counseling sessions, which normally run about one hour, are conducted by appointment between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  Please call Kathy Hall at 573-547-8357 for an appointment.
