Bonne Terre Chamber has new Web site

BONNE TERRE — The Bonne Terre Chamber of Commerce has a new look with its new Web site.

The Web site at http://www.bonneterrechamber.com includes information about residential and commercial developments such as the Orchard Development, as well as information and a plot map of the Bonne Terre Industrial Park. The site even includes information about how a Tax Increment Finance District (TIF) works.

There is also a section on tourism with information on the local points of interest such as Bonne Terre Mines, Space Museum, the Victorian Veranda Bed and Breakfast and area state parks.

The Web site includes news about the chamber and the city such as upcoming events and new members. Currently, a map is available showing residents what ward they will be in for the April election.

There’s also a list of area churches, with their addresses and phone numbers, and information and links to the North County School District and Mineral Area College. The Web site lists the members of the chamber, as well as their business phone number and e-mail address. There’s also information about neighboring Terre Du Lac.

The next two events for the chamber are their dinner auction/luau on Oct. 20 and the Christmas parade on Dec. 3. For more information, call 573-358-4000.
