Son of the late George and Ada (Lee) Gibbons; His first wife, Bonnie ‘Faulkner’ Gibbons also preceded him in death on January 1, 1975. Later he was united in marriage to Betty (Richter) Gibbons who survives.
Also surviving are One Son, Mike Gibbons and wife Kim of Bismarck; One Stepson, Mike Gibbons; One Daughter, Judy (Mrs. Raymond) Hagerty of Desloge; One Step-Daughter, Cathy Dunn of Black, Missouri; Several Grandchildren and Step Grandchildren survive; Two Brothers, Harold Gibbons of Desloge, Jack Gibbons of Bonne Terre; Two Sisters, Allene Nations of California, Elsie Pratte of Gumbo, Mo.; One Adopted Brother, Mark Gibbons of Terre Du Lac; One Adopted Sister, Sheila Campbell of Viburnum, Mo.; One Brother, Bill, preceded him in death.
Andy was a member of the VFW Post 6947 in Bismarck and also a member of St. Johns Catholic Church in Bismarck.
A VFW Service to be held today, Tuesday at 6:45 p.m. and a Wake service at the Chapel at 7 p.m. Visitation Tuesday, 5 p.m. at the Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills. Funeral Services conducted Wednesday, 11 a.m. at the St. Johns Catholic Church in Bismarck with Rev. Mr. Mike Burch officiating. Interment at the Masonic Cemetery in Bismarck with Full Military Honors.
