Pinewood Derby Honors Racers

The 2008 Ozark Trailblazers Cub Scout Derby was recently held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Farmington with Pack #483 as the host.

Cub Scouts from the entire district came together to challenge one another in design and speed with their Pinewood Derby cars.

Each Scout who participated received a medal, emblazoned with a Pinewood Derby car. Trophies were handed out in each division, the overall race and for Most Original Car and Best of Show.

Tiger Cub Division: 1st, Sean Moses; 2nd, Ben Peppers; 3rd Ryan Seger; 4th, Brady Roberts.

Wolf Division: 1st, Jacob Aceves; 2nd Gavin Cummins; 3rd, Dakota Cummins; 4th, Brandon Bell.

Bear Division: 1st Conner Pyatt; 2nd, Logan Mathenia; 3rd, Treavis Johnson; 4th, Joe O’Hara.

Webelos Division: 1st, Adam Womack; 2nd, Logan Comfort; 3rd Joel Roberts; 4th, John Bader.

King of the Hill (Overall): 1st, Adam Womack; 2nd, Conner Pyatt; 3rd, Jacob Aceves; 4th, Sean Moses.

Best of Show: 1st, Drew Lynch; 2nd, Tristen Fingerhut; 3rd, Todd Beyer; 4th, Dakota Cummins.
