Route 72 in Madison County will be reduced to one lane with a 12 foot width restriction while MoDOT crews perform a pipe replacement beneath the roadway.  

This section of roadway is located from Pacific Street to Spruce Street.

Weather permitting, the work will take place Wednesday, Apr. 30 thru Friday, May 2 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
