She was born October 23, 1925 at VanBuren, Missouri, a daughter of John and Nola Stevenson.
She was married to Claus Coke at Fredericktown. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. Coke was also preceded in death by one son, Alvin Lee Bacus.
She is survived by two sons, Melvin Gene Bacus of Quilin, Missouri and William D. Brame of Colbert, Georgia; one daughter, Darlene G. Laws of Florissant, Missouri; two brothers, Yuel Stevenson of Fenton, Missouri and Doyle Stevenson of Florissant; and one sister, Norma Love of Fenton.
Mrs. Coke had one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed gardening, crafts and antiques.
Services were held April 30, 2008 at Follis and Sons Funeral Home of Fredericktown. Burial was at the Christian Cemetery.
