Applebee's general manager earns regional honor

The award recognizes 10 winners across the nation who demonstrate outstanding performance in four key areas — financial performance, guest satisfaction, leadership and operations, and people results.
“Keith has a passion for excellence, setting high objectives and goals for his restaurant to meet, then turning around and exceeding them,” said Mike Robinson, Applebee’s director of operations mid-South region. “He is an incredible leader who inspires his team every day.”
Recipients of this year’s award were honored at the Applebee’s national GM conference in Las Vegas in April.
