Kids helping kids — it’s been happening all around Farmington. The students in Debbie Oliver’s first grade classroom at Roosevelt Elementary were over the rainbow in raising money during the school’s “Pennies for Patients” fund drive. And at the Kids R Kids child care, the children rode their bicycles and tricycles to raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in a trike-a-thon. The youngsters rode as a tribute to a child of one of their teachers. Let the Farmington Press know when kids are helping others.
