Wilma 'Nadine' Pogue

Wilma “Nadine” Pogue, 74, of Jonesville (formerly Camden) died July 8, 2008 at her home.

She was born October 13, 1933, in Missouri, a daughter of Arthur and Lola (Jackson) Reed.

On December 3, 1949 she was married to Donald Pogue.

Mrs. Pogue was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Donald Pogue on April 13, 2006; and one sister.

She is survived by two daughters, Patt Taylor of Litchfield and Tina Palmer of Atascadero, California; one son, Robert Pogue of Reading; five sisters, Mildred Stotler of Bonne Terre, Missouri, Barbara Wadlow of Arcadia, Missouri, Ruth Jones of Ironton, Missouri, Dorene Clubb of Farmington, Missouri and Judy Warren of Ironton, Missouri; two brothers, Obie Reed and Gary Reed both of Arcadia, Missouri; five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Pogue belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary for Little League, the Library Board of Camden for eight years, and was secretary-treasurer for the Tri-State Pony Pullers.

She was a member of Wick Road Baptist Church in Taylor, Michigan.

Services were held July 12, 2008 at George White Funeral Home in Reading with the Reverend Alan Fenstermaker officiating. Burial was at the Camden Cemetery.
