Youth Entrepreneurship Workshop
Submitted by Shanna Sorg, Americorps VISTA
There will be a 2-day workshop 10-3, August 4-5, at Ozark Regional Library.

It is open to anyone ages 12-18, and free to attend. Lunch will be provided.

This free, 2-day workshop is a great way to learn about starting your very own business. We will investigate how other young people are starting and running successful businesses. Other topics will include: writing a business plan, start up costs, and possible funding avenues. We will also be visiting a local entrepreneur and find out how he/she has become a successful business person.

Already have an idea for a business? Great! Not sure what kind of business you would like to start? That’s Great Too.

For more information or to sign up to attend, call Shanna Sorg, Americorps VISTA at 561-6008.
