Ironton man gets 7 years for violating probation
Judge revokes Ruggeri's probation

Dominic Ruggeri, 21, of Ironton, was sentenced Friday by Circuit Court Judge Sandy Martinez. According to court records, Ruggeri and others broke into several vending machines in the area.
His probation has also been revoked for his Cape Girardeau, Iron, Ste. Genevieve, Washington, and Perry county cases. He has a case still pending in Jefferson County.
In other cases, Brandon J. Welker, 29, of Desloge, was placed on five years of supervised probation for stealing.
According to court records, Welker, while an employee of a nursing care business, stole money and an ATM card from a client.
Robert R. Rauch, 37, of Fenton, was sentenced to four years in prison for driving while intoxicated.
Robert K. Lott, 29, of Bonne Terre, was sentenced to 16 years in prison for violating the probation he received for first-degree trafficking.
Michael Moody, 28, of Ste. Genevieve, was sentenced to three years in prison for violating the probation he received for failure to pay child support.
Phillip Fox II, 35, of Farmington, was sentenced to two years in prison for violating the probation he received for unlawful use of a weapon.
David Cavatairo, 25, of French Village, was placed on five years of supervised probation for second-degree domestic assault.
Lillian E. Brooks, 25, of Bonne Terre, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree burglary and is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 3.
