Accident injures Bismarck woman
Thursday, August 28, 2008
A Bismarck woman received moderate injuries early Wednesday when the 2006 Dodge Durango in which she was riding collided with 1996 Subaru Outback in St. Francois County.

According to Missouri Highway Patrol reports, the Outback was driven by Taylor S. Strange, 18, of Park Hills. Strange, who was southbound on Loughboro Road at 6:38 a.m., failed to stop at a stop sign. Rodger D. Romine, 42, of Bismarck, was eastbound on Rock Road in the Durango. When the Outback failed to stop, the front of Romine’s car struck the Outback’s passenger side.

Bismarck resident Tammy L. Romine, 39, a passenger in the Durango, received moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Parkland Health Center.

All three were wearing seat belts. Damage to both cars was listed as total.

Wow Crystal01 you failed the spelling test of the day. Wouldn't you be liable if those kids had an accident and got hurt trying to avoid what you threw in the road ? Calm down and quit blaming the police for what people are doing wrong !!

Last time I checked there was only a 2-way stop at that intersection and both the stop signs were on rock rd, loughboro didn't have any stop signs on it, so that would mean the Outback didn't have a stop and they were in the right of way. Unless they have recently made that intersection a 4-way stop, I could be mistaken??
