FARMINGTON — Benjamin Coleman, 84, of Farmington passed away October 5, 2008 at Community Manor. Benjamin Coleman was born February 16, 1924 at Dardnelle, Ark.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Vida (Lodaska) Colema; also his first wife, Floy (Passmore) Coleman; one sister and five brothers.

Survived by wife, Uldine Coleman of Farmington; three children, Pat Runyon and husband Wally of Phoenix, Az., Peggy Rodriguez and husband Robert of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Benjamin Coleman Jr. and wife Lucy of Farmington, New Mexico;  step children, Rev. Ronnie Raven and wife Mary, Rev. Jerry McRaven and wife Janice, Dennis McRaven and wife Sherry, Jay McRaven; 24 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren. Nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation will be at the Horton-Wampler Funeral Home  6:30 -8 p.m. Tuesday. Services for Benjamin Coleman will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Horton-Wampler Funeral Home with Rev. Dean Heady with Rev. Ronnie Raven and Rev. Jerry McRaven. Burial will be at the Brick Church Cemetery.
