Lawson, Another Woods Recruit

Mineral Area College sophomore Logan Lawson signed on Thursday to play baseball for William Woods University, starting this Fall. Woods will be on the baseball field to pitch and play outfield for the MAC Cardinals this Spring. Woods will be joining MAC graduates Garrett Oliver and Matt Thompson, who both signed last year for William Woods. On hand for the signing were Lawson’s father Sammie Lawson and standing left to right are MAC assistant coach Stan Walden, head coach Jim Gerwitz and William Woods head coach Darren Munns.
