CMT Featured Duo Brothers Finch Comes Home to Fredericktown for Independence Day Celebration
Fredericktown reared duo Brothers Finch returns home on Saturday, July 4th to ignite the Independence Day Celebration at Jaycee Park.

“We’ve been looking for an opportunity to reconnect with family and friends in the area and are excited to perform here where our musical roots were planted,” says lead vocalist and guitarist Dustin Finch.

Brothers Finch first garnered national attention when the duo was featured as a finalist on CMT’s “Music City Madness 2.” From there, they continued to gain additional fans as former candidates on CMT’s “Can You Duet?” This year has marked many career milestones for the group. In March, they launched their debut self titled EP at the renown music industry conference, Country Radio Seminar in Nashville. “Industry and fans are both responding to our breakthrough EP and the positive feedback is more than we could have asked for,” says bassist and vocalist Brandon Finch. “Country Radio Seminar was a great success and being featured artists at CMA Music Fest in Nashville and connecting with fans with a room full of today’s chart toppers was unbelievable. It was great validation of our years of hard work establishing ourselves in Nashville to see that two guys from Fredericktown can sign autographs right next to Taylor Swift and be featured artist in the largest exhibit in the entire festival.”

They have been featured around the globe on NewMusicWeekly.com, About.com, and CountryInterviewsOnline.com in addition to an upcoming feature in Country Weekly. “There are those artists that are always looking to expand on the country music borders and try something a little bit different than the norm. For Brothers Finch they are doing that and creating an incredible buzz by doing so. CMT’s Music City Madness took notice, as did ‘Can You Duet,’ and now with their 3-song EP they are ready to take the next step….With the rich harmonies, great lead vocals, and outstanding guitar work on all three tracks, not to mention relatable lyrics about life and love how can you go wrong?“ says Today’s Country Magazine.

These hometown natives, sons of Finch Construction company owner Cedar Finch and banker Patty Finch, will take the Jaycee Park stage from 7 – 8 PM on Saturday, July 4th. After the performance, fans can meet and reconnect with the duo at the merchandise table before the fireworks display at 9 PM.
