FARMINGTON — Jared Dunlap went 3-for-3 with a double and four RBI, and Jake Rhodes ripped a three-run triple among his three hits as the Farmington Hounds defeated the Bruins 26-6 on Wednesday night.
Evan Dunivan and Rider Garrett combined for seven RBI with two hits each, and Travis Wade finished 2-for-3 with a bases-clearing double. The Hounds improved to 12-2 in MABA Junior Babe Ruth action.
Dunivan pitched three innings with six strikeouts for the win, and Dante Castro worked the final two frames.
Taylor Phegley and Phillip Souden each singled twice, and Brian Harman doubled for the Bruins.
