Madison County Fourth of July Event

The Madison County Chamber of Commerce held their first Fourth of July event on July 4, 2009 at Jaycee and Wanda Priest parks. The fireworks display was sponsored by local businesses and individuals. The event is expected to be an annul celebration of America’s freedom. Even more fun events like this watermelon eating contest are planned for next year.
