Paul Ketcherside, a decorated Vietnam Veteran, died 39 years ago. The portrait was drawn and donated by world renowned artist Michael G. Reagan. A portrait artist for more than 30 years, Reagan has drawn approximately 10,000 portraits, including more than 1,500 portraits of celebrities, professional athletes, U.S. presidents and other heads of state. He also has drawn 1,800 portraits of soldiers for family members through the Fallen Heroes Project. - Submitted photo
